Stainless steel flanges in Yekaterinburg
The flanged connection is characterized by strength, reliability and durability. Stainless steel flanges can work in aggressive environments, at pressures up to 40 MPa and temperatures from - 70o to +600o C. They are irreplaceable in the chemical, petrochemical, food industry, in mechanical engineering, thermal power engineering. ALFA-STAR company manufactures and supplies stainless steel flanges AISI 304 (08X18H10), AISI 316 (03X17H12M2), 12X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T at affordable prices. We offer:- welded flanges DIN and GOST, having the widest distribution. A pair of flanges is welded to the ends of the pipes with two seams and tightened with bolts installed in the mounting holes. A gasket is installed between them, ensuring the tightness of the connection and a uniform distribution of pressure in it. They are used in pipeline sections with a pressure of up to 2.5 MPa;
- collar flanges DIN and GOST. They have a conical protrusion called a collar. The end of the collar is welded butt-to-butt to the pipe. The connection can withstand pressure up to 40 MPa with high tightness;
- the free flanges are stainless and silumin. The set of the connecting unit with a free flange includes a side washer (collar, flanging), the end of which is welded to the end of the pipe with a flange put on it. Flanges that move freely through the pipe are tightened with fasteners. Such a connection is used on hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline that require frequent repair and maintenance. Silumin flanges are less durable compared to stainless ones (silumin is an alloy of aluminum with silicon), therefore they are used in areas with a working pressure of up to 1 MPa;
- DIN and GOST flanged plugs for blocking the flow of the working medium;
- flange gaskets steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. On sections of the pipeline with high pressure and temperature, metal gaskets are used; for other cases, paronite, Teflon, EPDM gaskets.
