ALFA-STAR company supplies materials for cutting and welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel in a wide range. The variety of our products allows us to make the right choice of material for different technological processes and different metals. We offer:

• tungsten electrodes of several types. Lanthanated electrodes (with lanthanum oxide additives) are designed for welding stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys on AC and DC devices. Thoriated (with thorium oxide) are used for welding black and stainless steel, copper, titanium at direct current; yttriated (with yttrium oxide) for welding aluminum and its alloys at alternating current and stainless steel at constant current;
• stainless steel welding wire. Welding wire performs a double function as an electrode replacement and as an additive material. In our catalog — additives for argon arc welding TIG 308 Cromatig 308LSi, TIG Croimatig 316LSi and additives MIG Cromamig 308LSi, MIG 316 for semi-automatic welding;
• cutting discs for angle grinders (USM, or grinder) and cutting machines. The outer diameter of the disc is from 115 to 230 mm, the diameter of the nozzle hole is 22.23 mm (the most common);
• cleaning discs made of zirconium skin for cleaning from rust and dirt, removing surface defects, preparing for subsequent grinding and polishing;
• steel brushes for removing dirt, plaque, rust, burrs, surface grinding, cleaning the welding site, stripping welding seams. They are used as a nozzle for a drill or other rotating tool.
